I'm due to be picked up with my luggage today and, whilst my suitcase will be whisked ahead of me to my accomodation, I'll be dropped off at Upello (just outside of Foligno) to make my way there on foot. Looks like today will be a bit warmer and less wet than previous days - hoping not too warm though!
I've had a bit of discomfort in my right knee since the mountain descent on Monday so would appreciate prayers for this next stage of the journey. It seems to be ok on the flat, but not so happy going downhill - and there will be some of that later in the day today!
